About Us
Science-Driven. Mission-Focused.
GreenPath Consulting was founded on the belief that rigorous environmental science and practical government experience belong in the same room.
Our Story
GreenPath Consulting was established in 2009 by a team of federal agency veterans and academic researchers who saw a persistent gap in the market: government clients needed environmental consulting that combined deep scientific credibility with a genuine understanding of how agencies operate, procure, and make decisions.
Over fifteen years, we have grown from a three-person firm into a team of twenty-two specialists — ecologists, hydrologists, geochemists, urban planners, and policy analysts — united by a shared commitment to work that holds up under scrutiny and stands the test of time.
We work exclusively with federal, state, and municipal clients. That focus is deliberate. Government projects carry a different weight: they affect public land, public health, and public resources. We take that responsibility seriously in every assessment we produce and every recommendation we make.
"The land does not belong to us. We hold it in trust for those who come after."
— GreenPath founding principle
What We Stand For
Scientific Integrity
Every finding we publish is defensible. We do not shade conclusions to fit preferred outcomes, and we do not cut corners on data collection or analysis.
Public Accountability
Our clients are stewards of public resources. We hold ourselves to the same standard of accountability we expect from the agencies we serve.
Plain-Language Clarity
Complex science must be communicated clearly. We write reports that decision-makers can actually use — without sacrificing technical rigor.
Long-Term Thinking
Environmental decisions have consequences that outlast any project timeline. We design solutions with durability in mind, not just regulatory compliance.
Leadership Team
Our principals bring decades of combined experience in federal environmental law, ecological science, and government project management.
